- Can I order
with credit card without going through Paypal?
- Yes, we accept Visa &
Mastercard over the phone, give us a call at 651-491-4638
& we'll be happy to help you out.
- Can you
ship via. US Mail?
- Yes, we can ship with US
Mail upon request.
- Do you
have anyone in the U.K. selling your products?
- No, currently we only sell
direct over our website, on e-bay, and at various racetracks
in the Midwestern United States. We sell direct to save
you money, there is no middleman. We design and assemble
all of our products in-house.
- Do you
offer an arbor for a Ducati 996 rear wheel?
- Yes, our large cone &
universal cup kit will work nicely for that application.

- I do a
lot of work on sportbikes CBRs GSXRs etc..., which balance
stand do I need?
- The balancing stand kit
with standard size arbor will address all of the modern
sportbikes with the exception taken to those that have
a single sided rear swingarm. You can start out with the
standard kit and add the single sided arbor (large cone
& universal cup) at a later date.
- Would it
be possible to buy just the set of 4 rollers and studs as
I have a nice cast iron stand to mount them on?
- Yes, we offer a kit with
our high quality bearings, stainless steel shafts and
stainless steel mounting hardware. You can order it on
the products page.
- Dear Sirs/Madames
has your machine ever been used to balance Carbon Fiber wheels
such as the BST wheels that why only 4.92 pounds without rear
sprocket, and does the balancer fit honda stock sized wheel
for a 2004 Honda CBR1000rr we have 3 of them?
- Yes, the starting weight
of the wheels has little effect on the balancing operation.
The lighter the wheels are to start, the easier they are
to balance on a static balancing unit, due to their low
inertia.
- Do you
need a special arbor for BMW k1200lt wheels? If so how much?
- Yes, you will need the
large cone in addition to one of the standard cones. It
is available as an add-on in our product page.
- We are
looking for a balancer to use with various scooter wheels/tires.
They range in size from 10 inch to 16 inch diameter, will
these fit on your balance stand?
- Yes, the tire diameter
is well within the range for our static balancing stand.
- I see that
you are in New Richmond, WI. I live in Farmington, MN and
I was wondering if it would be feasible to come see one of
these units in person?
- Of course! Give us a
call & we'll show you our products!
- Will this
work on all Harley wheels and do you have any idea what it
would cost to ship this to Ontario Canada?
- Yes, the standard size
arbor fits most Harley wheels, shipping to Ontario will
run about $25 over our standard shipping rate.
- We service
Honda Cruisers from 750 Shadows to Goldwings, Harleys, Yamahas,
etc. What would we need to purchase?
- The standard size arbor
will take care of nearly all of the modern motorcycles
on the market today. Start out with the standard kit and
should you run into a wheel you can't fit on the arbor,
you can always order an add-on kit that we will send out
by the next day. Most shops stick with the standard size
kit unless they have a specific model that they service
that requires a special arbor (i.e. Ducati).
- I have
a balance stand, but my rod and cones were stolen. can i purchase
just these parts?
- Yes, we offer all of
our arbors in stand-alone kits. Please visit the products
page to order these parts.
- I have
a 1999 fat boy and i was wondering if the stock arbor fits
my rims? or will there be a different set of arbors needed?
- You bet! The standard
size arbor is what you need.
- Hi, Will
This Balancer Do Harley Wheels, And Honda Wheels? ie: 00 Softail
Standard, 83 FLT, 85 Honda Nighthawk, 95 Sportster.
- Yes, not a problem! The
standard size arbor is what you need.
- I am opening
a store on June 1st and will be balancing wheels on Goldwing,
Harley, Kawasaki, Suzuki, etc... what will I need and do you
also sell the weights?
- Congratulations! You
will need the standard size arbor to take care of those
bikes and we offer weights individually on our website
(see the Products page).
- Does this unit
come with instructions on correct method of static balancing?
- Yes, we include a detailed
instruction sheet with every order. It is a very simple
process.
- Can you
tell me where to go to see the Ducati single sided swingarm
version? I was on your web site and didn't see it.
- Yes, visit the Products
page, we just added more photos. Thank you for letting
us know it wasn't pictured!
- Your balancer
is suitable for a bike shop or a race team for sure, as it
is built very well...best I have seen. I can see you take
a lot of pride in your products! What would the whole cost
me?

product offerings. We offer basic kits for the home user
& complete kits for shops, with a wide variety of
add-on kits to build on your initial purchase. All of
our add-on kits work with the standard balancing kit.
- Would you
send it USPS (military PO Box)? Also, do you or would you
provide the weights and/or place to purchase them?
- Definitely, we have shipped
several units to military PO boxes. The weights are available
on our products page.
- Is it possible
to purchase the Balancing Arbor separately ? I am interested
in upgrading a balancer I already have.
- Yes, it is a great upgrade
for all of the static balancing stands on the market.

- Hi - for
the rear wheel on the single-side control arm (e.g. Honda
VFR 800) do you have an arbor which can accomodate the 'one
siders'?
- Yes, the universal cup
and cone will take care of nearly all of the 'one siders'
on the market.
- Will you
ship USPS (military PO Box)?
- Not a problem! (see above
request for military PO box).
- Hi, how
much does your balancer weigh?
- The standard kit is 20
pounds. The large cones will add to this weight, as will
the universal cup.
- Sorry to
bother you but I am wondering if you offer the self locking
arbor set up. My current stand one is stripped out and bent
thanks for the time.
- No problem! We offer
all of our arbors as a stand-alone kit for the exact purpose
that you mention! Don't replace your old arbor with another
one that will wear out quickly - get a Tachyon!
- Please
