FOUR EASY STEPS!
Here you can have your choice of
frame & arbor kits. Below are three frames to choose from. Starting
with the Pioneer, you have a laser cut frame with clean smooth corners
& tons of features, such as wall-mountable! From there you step
up to the Chopper, which will accept those WIDE tires (24" long
balancing shaft!!!!) for chopper build shops! Who wants a high-end custom
chopper that shakes as it runs down the highway? Get the Chopper balancer
& do it right the first time! At the top of our list is the Elite,
a full-on jig welded frame with flanges for rigidity & convenience
of a tray at the base of the balancer! Whatever your choice, you will
get a beautifully crafted balancer!
All of the arbor kits listed are
available with either beautifully machined 6061 T-6 aluminum cones,
or 316 stainless steel cones. Both cones provide a high precision balance,
the aluminum cones are more cost effective & lighter (if portability
is a concern of yours), and the stainless steel provide unmatched durability
& longevity!

cones and one precision ground shaft. This is a great arbor for
those odd bikes with axle sizes ranging from 1" to 2"
or approximately 38mm to 63mm. This is a less common size of axle,
but several exotic bikes out there that require this size. This
is a great arbor to have around if you do a lot of odd jobs that
require balancing.
This kit includes two 1.5"
cones and two 2" cones along with 2 precision ground shafts.
This is kits 1 & 2 combined. Includes 1 shaft.
This kit includes two 1.5"
cones, one 2" cone, one large balancing cup, and 2 precision
ground shafts. This is kit 1 combined with our cup & cone kit.
If you're reading this, you probably own a Ducati, BMW, Triumph,
etc... with a single sided swingarm - and yes, this is the answer
to your needs! If you have a bike with a single sided swingarm,
this is the kit you need. Most important, no tools are required
with this kit either, everything uses our patent pending locking
assemblies.
This kit includes two 1.5"
cones, two 2" cones, one large balancing cup, and 2 precision
ground shafts. If you own a shop that services many makes &
models, this is the kit you need! I have not yet found a production
motorcycle wheel that this kit won't take care of. This is it, our
best, most comprehensive kit. If this kit won't do what you need,
then nothing will.
